Our club members range from beginners to ironmen. New members join us to learn about the sport, participate in a first tri, train and race with experienced triathletes, lose weight, and meet fun, active adults and their families. The club gives members access to a network of triathletes of all levels to train with for events. Our major club event each year is the Hill Country Kids and Family Tri that we put on each year in July. This is a major event with 225 participants that requires the support of our club members and over 200 volunteers. If you join our club, you are expected to volunteer. This event is our major fund raiser and the reason why our club dues are so low. We need member support through volunteering and organizing to continue this great kids and family event in our community. Members may participate with their kids the first year but after that we strongly encourage all members to volunteer as adults instead of participate. We will always want your kids to participate in the event. Hope to see you soon at a club workout!
