7th Annual Hill Country Kids and Family Triathlon on Saturday, July 21st, 2012 at 7:00 am in Plum Creek. Need volunteers:)

Members are competing the Rookie Tri, Cap2k Swim, CapTex Tri, and many other events including trail runs, century rides, and triathlons.

All you have to do is visit our Membership page and select the “Add to Cart” button for the membership option that suits you.  The price is still scandalously low at $100 per family for the entire year and just a measly $75 for an individual.

Those are pretty insane prices when you consider that it is not unusual to pay $300 for a 4 week boot-camp.

I would contend that if you join the tri-club and participate in our 3 weekly workouts for 3 months you’ll lose more weight and feel a deeper sense of accomplishment that you ever could participating in a 4 week boot camp.  This is a healthier way to get in shape anyway.   Slow and steady fitness means longer lasting weight loss–but I digress.

Oswald Chambers once said, “If love doesn’t push a man beyond himself, it isn’t love at all.”  I feel the same way about triathlon.  It’s the journey beyond ones self.   Have you ever been there?
